The machines at the new iCream (no pun intended with the coffee creamers under the sign) were down when I stopped in yesterday, but I did get a peek of the liquid nitrogen tanks in the back. Once you go through what seems like 10 steps and 100 different ice cream bases, flavors, sweetness levels and toppings, they use nitrogen to whip it all together.
