Mystery waiter

This waiter on the outdoor sign of this neighborhood spot looks more 1940 than 1990. Anyone know what restaurant it is? Guess for a chance to guest blog.

Hi Karin,
Yes, Club Lucky at 1824 W. Wabansia is correct. Can you believe the place is almost 20 years old? It’s a neighborhood classic.
