I heart Kaze sushi in Roscoe Village for many many reasons, but the main one may just be the asparagus pudding on the “dessert stylings” menu. Before you cringe at the idea of gelatinous vegetables, keep in mind that this savory pudding is actually more sweet, with only a tiny hint of fresh asparagus flavor and a flan-like texture.
